Thank you that the primary order problem had been solved.

However, I've tested on the live website, there is an error on the mailer function

The error message seems to indicate that the install/upgrade procedure failed to create a database table.

We're making tests to understand how and why that happened.

If you contact us directly (by email) we'll be able to provide you with a more tailored troubleshooting procedure and a solution.

Yes, in some circumstances.
Product Finder keeps a log of questionnarires results that have been mailed. You can see them with Components > Product Finder > Logs. You can export both choices and results in CSV format.

Hi,
According to the problem discussed previously´╝î I have created a another test site and ran locally in order to test the error problem.
I found that the error message were solved after I removed the basic version and installed again the advanced version, but all of my setting and questionnaires will be deleted. Is there any solution to solve it without remove the basic version?

Hi,
We applied the last upgrade you mentioned before regarding this topic. After that, we could order the articles by categories.
But we detected a behavior that could be a bug: when I add new articles inside the same categories we ordered fine before, the new ones are well ordered between them but in a new group at the end of the list.

The options screenshot you posted shows Product Finder component main options.
Could you double check the parameters of the *menu item* that points to the Product Finder questionnaire? Those are the actual settings the are used.

In fact it appears that the result list is not consistent with the settings of the screenshot, at all. I see some results belonging to category 'Sala Perception' at the end of the list, while most of them are listed at the top of the list.
