Let front-end users create tag when editing an

Hi,
I would like to let front-end user create tags for a existing custom property, when editing their articles.

The tagging process is working fine but users always have to select the tag from the defined list and can't create new tags, like they can do with native joomla! tags.

Could you help me, did I miss something or is it impossible wth CP ?

That is indeed possible.

First, you need to enable the creation of tags from the frontend:



And then you'll be able to create new tags:

Frontend tag creation has been added to Custom Properties with version 3.1.14 2015-04-16. If your version of Custom Properties is older than that (or if you are using Custom Properties for Joomla 2.5x), then you need to upgrade.

I purchased and upgraded CP to the latest version.

I can see the "create Tag" link but nothing appends when I click on it ... any idea ?
I tried with a new and an old article ... same result....javascript: void(0); ....

More likely than not there's some kind of javascript conflict that prevents the popup from opening. But it's impossibile to be sure without looking at your site.
