Help with order

I am posting here because I've had no response from the 'Contact Us' web form on your web site. The contact form might not be working. It did not send me a confirmation email. I have tried it twice.

I have created an order for "Custom Properties 3 for J3" but there is a problem. The order number OL2015_B1Y0Y33 has been created however I clicked 'back' before making payment and now I cannot do anything with the order. There is no option to continue with payment and download the extension.

The reason for backing out was that I thought I had the wrong payment option. I wanted Credit Card not PayPal, but now realise PayPal accepts both.

Can you please help? Maybe delete the order so I can start again?

We replied to your message by email, so I believe the message got stuck in some anti-spam filter somewhere.

To answer your question: it's not a problem if an order is left incomplete (it happens from time to time). Just make a new one.

Thank you. Yes I went ahead and created another order.
No email arrived here. I check my junk mail folder regularly but may have missed something.

I have installed the CP 3 extension for Joomla 3 and tried a few options. I appreciate a lot of time and effort has gone into developing it however am not sure yet if it can do exactly what I need it to.

I will post some questions when I have decided what to ask.
