Problem with upgrade was created by resortia2
I followed the instructions for upgrading my joomla and custom properties. I deleted those language files on my server.
I am getting an error on the frontend
Fatal Error: the component com_customproperties is not/badly installed. Get it at www.solidsystem.it
Also, the cp is messing with jreviews (latest). When you go to any of the jreviews pages with the search module enabled, it breaks the jreviews. I am getting K2 errors too, but they don't seem to affect anything. The errors I get on these pages are:
PHP Errors
[8] Undefined index: view on line 510 in file /home3/.../components/com_k2/router.php
[8] Undefined index: view on line 517 in file /home3/.../components/com_k2/router.php
[2048] Only variables should be assigned by reference on line 15 in file /home3/.../modules/mod_cpsearch/mod_cpsearch.php
[2048] Only variables should be assigned by reference on line 16 in file /home3/.../modules/mod_cpsearch/mod_cpsearch.php
[2] require_once(/home3/.../components/com_customproperties/helper.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory on line 51 in file /home3/.../modules/mod_cpsearch/mod_cpsearch.php
I have tried installing cp again and nothing changes.
Thanks so much!

The errors seem to indicate that at least some parts of Custom Properties have not been updated.
In fact it appears the old version of Custom Properties (for J2.5) is still installed. We gather that from reference to lines that don't exist and/or cannot throw such errors in CP 3.x .
Did you use "pkg_com_customproperties_3_1_5_j30_..." to upgrade your installation?

Somehow I had only installed the component part of it, I went back and installed the pkg and things look ok.
Thanks so much!
