Have been away from this a while. Were is it I start up this module. Meaning how do I get startet making a search template?

Thank you for your patience.

I cant find were to make my custom search form and how to tag articles. I have installed plg_search_cptags_3.0.0_j30_build1.zip. Is that all?

The appropriate file to use in most circumstances is 'pkg_com_customproperties_...installer.zip'

That will install (or upgrade) the component itself, modules, plugins, etc at once.
