Impossible to select within search module

Hello,

Using the search module (selection), when trying to select within the dropdown, it displays well but it's impossible to click on anything (dropdown selection disappears right away).
- Joomla 3.2.1 loads jquery 1.10 natively
-tried using jquery easy plugin, just enabling this plugin (without setting any jquery version or enabling jquery), and suddenly the search module function properly . (Console shows version jquery 1.8.2)

-doing that is messing up with more module and plugins that were fuctionning properly with joomla native jquery
- contacting those developpers, they said there should be no need for any easyjquery plugin or else and if the components+ module were properly coded there is no need for additionnal jquery instance.

P.S: For a purchased component I'm rather surprised it 's impossible to send tickets.
Not very practical considering our site is offline an we're not gonna publish admin access here...

Custom Properties relies only on jQuery and jQuery UI libraries included in the standard Joomla distribution. There shpould be no need to tweak js libraries, as far as we know.
