Hi
I haven't bought this yet and before I do I just want to know if you can search by maximum budget? I'm building a house sales site.
Thanks
Andrew

Custom Properties tags are discrete values, hence they're not suited for price, weight, length and similar continuous attributes.
Range search is implemented only for date attributes.

Anyway one could set up the price like this:

price: 0-100, 101- 500, 501-1000, more than 1000

and have the user choose from a predetermined set of price ranges.

Thanks for that. Also, can you choose how the results are displayed? I want to show as category blog view, 3 columns just showing intro text (just like a normal category blog view)

Yes, you can can display results with a multi-column layout. You can decide wich elements to print:
- title only
- title + plain text + image
- title + plain text
- title + html intro

There are also other elements that can be added (category, created date).

That said, a category blog view has more configurable elements that Custom Properties results layout has.
