Insert CP tags inside article

Is it possible to insert CP tag (content plugin like {cp #}) inside article content ?

Yes, you can insert the {cptags} placeholder inside a content article.
You also need to set parameter 'Tags position' to 'Custom' in Content - Custom Properties Tags Plugin.

No, it isn't. CpTags plugin returns all tags.
