Making External URL menu from Field Name link

I'm using the latest version of CP tags on Joomla 2.5.6.

Trying to make a menu of External URLs using Field Name Links.. for example index.php/component/customproperties/tag/taggroup/1

The link works fine from the home page, but when I click the links after one level deeper, it seems to append /component/customproperties/ to the menu, so that the previous same link becomes
index.php/component/customproperties/tag/taggroup/1/component/customproperties/ which of course doesn't work.

Any idea what is going on and how to fix this?

We've not been able to replicate the issue you are reporting. Could you elaborate more on: "...but when I click the links after one level deeper,..."

BTW: We tried creating External Urls copy and pasting urls from Custom Proeprties Menu module, with no ill effects whatsoever.

The menu created from external links is set to appear on all pages of the website.

So from the homepage, I click on a link, it works, taking me to the correct results.
Then I click on the link again. The url which i was at, for example "index.php/component/customproperties/tag/taggroup/1" changed to "index.php/component/customproperties/tag/taggroup/1/component/customproperties/"

hmmm, i found a solution.. if i include the full url path with the www.mysite.com/index.php/component/custo...rties/tag/taggroup/1 , it works fine.

this is good enough for me. thanks for investigating it.
