Search by text in mod_cpsearch was created by sa
Hi Andrea,
We've received some feedback from our users about searching by text in mod_cpsearch. It doesn't seem like it returns any results when more than one word is used unless it is the exact phrase. for example, if there was article text "how are you?', if you searched "how are" it might find that article, but not if you searched for "are how". Is this how the search by text is coded to work?
Thanks.

Yes it is, that's exactly how it works.
Years ago, when we first introduced the text search in Custom Properties, we weighted pro and cons of adding the Any Word / All Words / Exact Phrase selection and decided not to add such feature: too much space required inside the module (which is more often than not placed in a side column) for a seldom used option.
