Tag intro page was created by greengeek
I am considering buying this product but have a question first. Is it possible to create landing pages for each tag. For example, your demo page has a tag for White Wine. Is there any way I could customize that page so that when a user clicks on the White Wine tag, it will take them to a page where I can introduce what White Wine is, like an article page so I can add text and images, then below it have an alphabetical list of all the wines that were tagged with White Wine?

Last.fm has their genres pages setup in a similar fashion. See www.last.fm/tag/rock It gives a nice intro to what the tag is, then lists the items that link to that tag below.

Here is yet another example where they only added an image, but it would have been nice if they added text as well: pancake.org/music/?l=13&pl=Alternative

Thank you.

You can assign an article to any tag, to be displayed before results as a sort of tag description.
There's a very ugly example of this feature here:
demo1720.solidsystem.it/component/custom.../tag/price-fair.html
In his royal ugliness the page shows what happens when a user clicks 'Fair Price' in the tag cloud, or selects Fair Price in price select box and presses search*.
I thinks it's fairly close - almost a perfect match - to what you are looking for.

Feel free to test this feature on the demo site. Go to Components > Custom Properties > Manage Custom Properties; edit a field end type the numeric id of an article in the Art. Id. field. See attached screenshot.

* well, actually on the demo site we made 'Spiceness' a required field, so you are not allowed to search selecting only the price field...
