I have an article with some tags ...
I modify it and save it as a copy ...
The tags remain in the new copy or article you must reinsert them?

Tags remains attached to the original article.
The new article you are creating with Save as Copy won't have any CPTags attached to it.

This to me is a problem because every time I enter the tag,
Is there a way to have tags original article also on the copy without having to re-enter

We understand that in your case it's not optimal. Yet, in most cases, having the tag automatically copied is not required and/or not a desired feature.

click on save as a copy is much more logical that all the characteristics of the item being copied are copied meta tags, meta description, etc. ... I do not understand because they do not have to be copied as well tag

The Save as copy function can be used effectively to keep coherent formatting standards for all articles. You write a "master" article, with all the nicely formatted paragraphs, heading, photos and, by means of the "Save as copy" function, you create actual articles that you later edit and eventually assign tags to.
In this scenario having the tags of the master article tags automatically copied is irrelevant or not much useful.

We also recognize that there are other cases when copying the tags to the target article is indeed a useful feature. Therefore we will include this feature in future Custom Properties releases.
