Problem with downloading the update

Hi,
Although I logged in as a user and have customproperties 2.0 in my orders history i cannot download the update files to 2.3.3. Any idea ?

Subject is quite pressing because after a J! update I have an issue with the component sometimes (!) displaying error : problem with loading the component : com_customproperties, 1
i hope the update would fix this.

besides this little problem the component works great. i managed to put up a database of more than 800 articles with multiple tags and it's growing.

I can't download the updates of the purchased Custom Properties software (I'm not looking for the 3.x version, I'd like to update the existing 2.x).

If my subscription is expired how can I renew it?

There are 2 methods to download the latest version of Custom Properties:

1) login to solidsystem site
2) follow the link contained in the original purchase confirmation email

OR
1) login to solidsystem site
2) visit Member Area > My Orders > Click on your order

** Please make sure that you are logging in using the same credentials that you used when you first purchased the extension **

Yes I've did that.
Your order No. OL2011_P13( solidsystem.it/index.php?option=com_hika...=order&task=show&cid []=13&Itemid=87). The order shows but can't download the 2.x update.
