Migrate to J2.5 when Joomla migration already done

I've read this page on migrating from Joomla 1.5:

But is there a way to migrate custom properties after I've already upgraded my website to 2.5? I've spent days getting everything on the site upgraded, only to find that my custom properties tags didn't come through.
