Custom Properties Tags Cloud module is empty.

I have created one custom properties with three values. Assign two values one some articles.
After that I published Tags Cloud module and binde the module to all categories.
When I open the site I see the module with "Tags not found" text.
And one more. In module options I don't see any Custom Property to bind or exclude for the module

It's ok. I just forget publish Custom Property item.
