Cant get Product Finder to recommend any products

Hi thanks for a great product - hoping I can get it working. I had all my info in and my rules set and it was working but it was returning to many products so I changed the rule from 1 to 2 now no matter what I do I cannot get it to recommend any products - just says there are none to recommend. I changed it back to 1 and I still cant get any products to come up - any ideas what I should try?

The first thing I would check is Joomla's caching setting: System > Global Configuration > System > Cache.
I'd set it to 'Off' to make sure you are actually getting newly generated pages and not cached ones.

Please do remember that parameters in Product Finder questionnaire *menu item* take the precedence over the parameters in Product Finders general options.
In other words, in order to see changes to the results you need to modify the parameters of the menu item.

okay I definitely do not have cache on and I have been messing around with the different settings for days now - now I can get it to return 1 product - even though I know the answers I have given should return very different products than the one it returns. I just cannot figure this out. this is such neat software and seems so logical and simple but I just cannot get it to work

It's quite challenging to provide you with a solution without actually looking at your specific configuration.
There are many things that take part in the selection of results. From parameters to rules to articles settings.
