Product Finder Advanced doesn't render

Hi, yesterday we bought Product Finder Advanced for Joomla 2.5.x and 3.x, we carefully followed the setup instructions, but when we try to connect to the questionnaire the software doesn't render the page.

We want to advise that we have in use the last version of Joomla 2.5 and we load the last jQuery UI v 1.8 library by using jQuery easy, the website is based on Gantry Framework.

We're setting up a Joomla installation like the one you described on our test server and troubleshoot the issue you are reporting.

Thank You Andrea for the quick and useful support. After our support request the Solid System team was in touch very quickly to have a look into this and with Andrea help we found the problem given by a conflict with another cache plugin.
