Sorry for this seemingly ridiculous question, but - here goes.
Having used CP for Joomla 1.5 and being very Very happy with it, we purchased version 2.0
I am now logged in to your website - and am being told I need to log in in order to download. The only option I see is to log out.
Please advise

To download the updates please visit Member Area > My Orders.
P.S. We are aware that some extensions of our site are fighting each other a bit. Yet we are sure that when logged with the right credentials it's definitely possible to download the updates.
