Alphabetize search results

Is it possible to alphabetize the search results? I have the Defaults Result Ordering set to Alphabetize, but the results are not in alphabetical order. What do I need to change? I'm using a search module.

The only parameter that set results ordering is 'Default results ordering' in Custom Properties component config.

This setting does not work for me - still getting default results sorting, which is "ordering". What might be the problem?

I am using the latest CP with Joomla 2.5.9.

Given the minimal information that has been provided it's impossible to help you troubleshooting your installation.
All the installations we've seen so far do not show the issue you are reporting.
You might want to compare your configuration with the one of our demo site and see if you can spot any difference that could explain the why your site is not behaving as expected.

Also, if you don't feel like posting info on a public forum, send us email with the url of your site and, possibly, temporary credentials to access the backend.
