  This error appeared after I added items in the search.
  The component installation was done yesterday and today and added the articles appeared this error.

Yes, there is a bug in CP 2.3.1, with "Bind to categories" component parameter.
It's been patched in place, on your site.

We'll been releasing a fixed version of CP very soon.
